1/2 cup of almond meal
1/2 cup of gluten free oat meal
1/2 cup of gluten free brown rice flour
4 tbl sp of any plant based milk
2 tbl sp of maple/coconut syrup
2 tbl sp of coconut oil
1/2 tea sp of baking powder
Preheat oven to 180C.
Defrost blueberries, place in blender with chia seeds and maple syrup, blend until smooth. Chia seeds will thicken it over time.
Place all dough ingredients into large bowl and mix well. Linen a tray with baking paper. Form 8 ball, put on tray, shape small whole in the middle and place filling.
Place tray into the oven and bake for approx 20-25 minutes.
