Pancakes, gluten, nut and refined sugar free


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted buckwheat flour

  • 1 table spoon chia seeds

  • 1 table spoon sprouted flax seed meal

  • 1/4 tea spoon backing soda

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 2 cups full cream coconut mylk

  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon

  • 2 table spoon of coconut oil

Preparation

Soak dates in hot water for 15 minutes. Take dates out and mix all ingredients in blender and process for 1.5 minutes on high until smooth and thick. Preheat pan on medium low, then set to low. Use one table spoon per one pan cake. Fry on each side for approx 1 minute (until gold). Serve with coconut youghuts and fresh fruits.
