Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix flour, oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, bicarb soda, sultanas in a bowl.
mix water with 2 tsp ground flax seeds and let to sit for 2 min.
mix wet and dry ingredients together.
On a lined baking tray, divide mixture into 20 free form cookies.
Bake for 12-15 mins
