Beef rissoles


Ingredients

  • 0,5 kg organic free range beef mince

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 8 leafs parsley or basil (up to you)

  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Chop parsley or basil, then mix with beef mince.

  • Grade carrot on small grinder. Mix all together, add salt, pepper to taste.

  • Form medium rissole.

  • Heat up skillet on medium heat with olive and coconut oil, place meatballs in, cook on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook until slightly brown. Reduce heat to min and cover with lid for 10 min.
