Gluten-free vegan waffles


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1 table spoon flaxseed meal

  • 1 table spoon chia seeds

  • 3 pitted dates

  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped

  • 2 table spoon extra virgin coconut oil

  • 1/2 tea spoon backing powder (gluten-free)

  • 1/4 tea spoon backing soda

  • 2 cups non-dairy mylk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender. Process for 2 minutes until smooth. Bake in waffle maker on ~750W power for 3-4 minutes. (Figures are for Breville BWM250 model, heat setting is approx 3/4 of max)
