Nut-free blissballs with hemp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 7 pitted dates

  • 3 table spoons raw cacao powder

  • 1 table spoon flaxseed meal

  • 2 table spoon hemp flour

  • 2 table stoop hemp protein powder

  • 1/3 cup hot water

  • 3 table spoon coconut oil

 

Preparation

Soak dates for 10-15 minutes in hot water, mix all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth and sticky. Make balls about 20 cent coin in size. Freeze for 2 hours, then store in fridge.

 

Ideal for school lunch boxes.
