Invisalign diet is very popular web search and usually provides information about some changes around your daily intakes, changes around the food, and possibility to lose weight “naturally”. Why changes are different from person to person?

We all different with different habits, health and food preferences, different immunity and different metabolism. Some people experience weight loss, others gain weight. Some get hormonal changes, inflammation, hair loss and many other side effects.


Most of these symptoms can be treated by proper diet and supplements. It is essential to get over pain, remove aligners during the day and have meals 5 times a day and properly chew food. Tips

Drink plenty of water, approx 2 liters per day (2 ½ liters if you exercise)

Drink water between meals (30 minutes before and 1 hour after).

Take good supplements to help your body to build and rebuild your beautiful smile.

Eat colourful and seasonal fruits and vegetables

Add digestive enzymes to your dinner to help your stomach

Be mindful eater, do not skip meals, take your time to properly chew food

Consume enough complete protein

Nourish your body and think positively

Day 1

Breakfast

Have a glass of water 30 min before breakfast

Quinoa Flakes porridge with seed mix and berries

½ cup hot chocolate on nut mylk

Lunch

Have a glass of water 30 min before lunch

Lightly steamed broccoli and cauliflower with poached eggs

½ avocado and sesame seeds

Mango and chia seeds pudding

Dinner

Have a glass of water 30 min before dinner

Raw fermented cabbage

Grilled salmon with rice

Green salad with avocado and shredded carrot

Dessert

1 Bliss ball

Herbal tea at least one hour after dinner.

Day 2

Breakfast

1-2 pieces Paleo banana bread with coconut yoghurt

1 cup Tea
