Ruccola and pear salad with tahini dressing


Ingredients

  • 60 grams of ruccola

  • 1 small pear

  • 1 tea spoon tahini

  • 1 table spoon macadamia oil

  • 1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Preparation

Peel and chop pear into small pieces. Mix macadamia oil and tahini until well combined. Toss ruccola and pear into a bowl, tahini sauce and salt.
