Beef rissoles

Ingredients 0,5 kg organic free range beef mince 1 medium carrot 8 leafs parsley or basil (up to you) Salt, pepper to taste Preparation Chop parsley or basil, then mix with beef mince. Grade carrot on small grinder. Mix all together, add salt, pepper to taste. Form medium rissole. Heat up skillet on medium heat with olive and coconut oil, place meatballs in, cook on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook until slightly brown. Reduce heat to min and cover with lid for 10 min.

Green beans with almonds

Ingredients 2 table spoons sliced almond 1 table spoons sesame seeds 1 table spoons sesame oil 1 table spoons coconut oil 350 gr. Green beans, trimmed (frozen optional) Preparation Place the almond in the dry skillet over medium heat and toast them for 1-2 min, until beginning to get fragrant. Remove from the heat and transfer to the bowl. Repeat the process with sesame seeds. Do not toast them together in ones or you will disappointed as roasting time is different. Heat the oil in large skillet and add the green beans. Low the heat to the medium and cook for 5-7 min.( for frozen it will take more time, about double time) the green beans should start to blister.
